What's On My Face // My Everyday Spring Makeup

I have never done a "FOTD" style post, so I thought I would do something similar and show you my current makeup look. I change up the eyes and lips a bit more frequently, but this is pretty much what I've been wearing for Springtime.

Maybelline Baby Skin Primer
Benefit That Gal Primer
Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation // Light Porcelain
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer // 1 Fair
Collection Pressed Powder // Ivory
Rimmel Stay Blushed! Liquid Cheek Tint // Pop of Pink
Sleek Face Form Palette (highlight and contour shades) // Fair
Mac Eyeshadow (for eyebrows) // Charcoal Brown
Benefit Gimme Brow Gel // Light/Medium
Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24 Hour Gel Cream Eyeshadow // On & On Bronze
Mac Eyeshadow // Gleam
Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette (as eyeliner) // Blackout
Maybelline The Falsies Volume Express Mascara // Waterproof Formula
Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon // Plum Russian

I've been embracing a much "lighter" look recently, in regards to the colours I use. I would often rock more of a bronze eye, but in this warmer months it's been nice to go for a pearly shade sweeped over the lid with a soft liner in the form of black eyeshadow. As you can see, I have quite hooded eyelids, so my liner flicks are usually little as it's easier to do. When it comes to eyeshadow, I tend to pick and choose from any light shadows I have, but Gleam is a shade which I think looks lovely over On & On Bronze, and is the one I've been reaching for more.

I've also been wearing pink blusher, not using my usual peach or coral as often. I still love my plum lips usually associated with autumn and winter, but this particular shade is a more subtle way of doing so. All this plus a touch of highlighter and a tiny bit of bronzer gives me a pretty, fresh look for Spring!
