Haul & Try-On // Basics From Topshop, H&M, New Look & Primark

This isn't the most exciting of hauls but everyone needs basics! As I'm heading to university this week, I picked myself up some items I can wear with multiple outfits. I'm quite bad at buying myself basics so this was a well needed trip!

I picked myself up some slouchy t-shirts and jumpers which are all incredibly comfy. They also all look great either tucked in or hanging loose. Then, I bought jeans. These are the first jeans I've bought in years, as I never wear them! I often find jeans uncomfortable and opt for disco pants instead as they have more flexibility. However, I saw these high-waisted pair in Topshop with the small rips in the knees, and after trying them on (thinking I wouldn't like them) I decided I had to leave with them. Blue jeans go with everything so they'll definitely come in handy, and the light wash will brighten up outfits in autumn and winter!

Finally comes this cropped long sleeve sheer top. I've been lusting after this for months now, and finally bought it. I took it home and tried it with every bra/tops-I-can-wear-under-tops thing I own, but nothing looked right. Disappointed and ready to take it back, I saw someone on Instagram wearing a playsuit with a long sleeved white top underneath. I tried it on with my floral Choies playsuit and I really like how it looks! I'm definitely going to try and invest in more items to wear over it in the future. I'm thinking something plain, as in my opinion the floral print and stripes is verging on too busy.

I hope you like how I set this haul out - I usually just take the typical group floor picture, but I thought it would be more helpful to show you how everything looks on. It's a little more effort but I hope it has paid off!
